Is there a commission per booking?

No. Marencia does not charge a commission on your bookings. You pay a flat monthly subscription for the software. Standard payment provider fees may apply if you use online payments.

What does "fair-use booking volume" mean?

Every plan includes fair-use booking volume for normal charter operations. We do not charge per booking and we do not take a percentage of your booking revenue. If your operation has unusually high volume or more complex requirements, we will help you find the right setup.

What is Seasonal Hold?

Seasonal Hold lets seasonal operators keep their Marencia account, data and setup during the off-season at a reduced monthly cost. It is designed for businesses that temporarily stop operating due to weather, climate or seasonal demand.

How much does Seasonal Hold cost?

Seasonal Hold is available for monthly plans and costs 30% of your regular monthly plan price. For example, Starter is reduced from €49 to €15 per month, and Core is reduced from €99 to €30 per month.

Can I still accept bookings during Seasonal Hold?

Seasonal Hold is intended for periods when your operation is not actively taking new website bookings through Marencia. If you want to continue accepting booking requests, direct bookings or online payments during the off-season, your regular plan should remain active.

Can I reactivate my plan anytime?

Yes. You can reactivate your regular plan when your season starts again or whenever you want to resume normal booking operations.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time as your business grows. We'll help you transition smoothly to the next plan.

How do online payments work?

Online payments can be connected to the booking workflow, so customers can pay as part of the booking process. Payment provider fees are separate from your Marencia subscription and are not a Marencia booking commission.

How can I pay for Marencia?

Marencia is currently offered as a monthly subscription. Available payment methods depend on your billing setup.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

There is no long-term contract. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time. Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.
